The Third Batch
(30 Day Hillbilly Wine)
There is a valuble lesson I'm slowly learning as I make more wine.  Be patient.  I was looking at Jack Keller's website which has a hugh list of recipes.  I came across a recipe someone had sent in and it was for a 30 day wine.  Well, idecided to give it a try.  It was very easy and I want to see how it will ture out.  All it calls for is Welch's frozen grape juice concentrate, sugar, yeast and water.

I added a couple steps I've learned such as dissolving the sugar and yeast befor adding it to the must.  I've fermentin even as we speek.  Since I canged a few step and made the recipe my own I thought it would be O.K. if I put it on this website.  My plan is to add recipes as I go along.  I urge you to try it.  The worst thing that could happen is you get more experience making different forms of wine.  All recipes I try will be on the recipe page.

I started this recipe on the 10th of August '04 it will be ready in 30 days.  I guess we'll have see how it turns out.

Happy Fermenting!
